Vous avez le choix entre deux thèmes :
“ passage ” en référence à l’hommage
de Dani Karavan à Walter Benjamin* – une série de max.20 photographies.
ou
“ fiction ” qui doit comprendre dans la séquence au minimum une photographie de l’hôtel du Belvédère du Rayon vert à Cerbère(66) – une série de max.20 photographies.
* Philosophe juif allemand, Walter Benjamin, qui se suicida à Portbou en fuyant les nazis et le régime de Vichy.
Le lauréat gagnera
< tirages photographiques de votre série pour exposition dans la salle de cinéma du Belvédère pendant les Rencontres, vernissage le jeudi 1 octobre 2015;
< vidéo projection de votre série en octobre pendant la 11e édition des Rencontres Cinématographiques ” au “ Belvédère du Rayon vert à Cerbère(66), dernier village catalan français avant la frontière espagnole;
< en 2016, exposition des lauréats avec vernissage à la galerie Negpos de Nimes;
< un billet de train aller et retour *;
< trois nuits d’hôtel avec restauration;
< un pass cinéma.

Les autres lauréats
< la vidéo projection de votre séquence au “ Belvédère du Rayon vert à Cerbère(66), vernissage le jeudi 1 octobre 2015;
< en 2016, une exposition des lauréats avec vernissage à la galerie Negpos de Nimes;
< une nuit d’hôtel pour la soirée du 1 octobre 2015;
< un pass cinéma valable pour les 4 jours.
DATE LIMITE DE SOUMISSION FINALE : 31 juillet à minuit.
Inscription du 15 avril au 31 juillet 2015. Résultat le 1er septembre 2015.
Le dossier de candidature doit comprendre:

Galerie phot’oeil ainsi que le concours «CPI» est strictement non-lucratif. La galerie phot’oeil est principalement financée par des dons, sponsors, bienfaiteurs, adhésions et travail bénévole. Le droit d’entrée nous aide à payer les tirages, cadres, la promotion et l’administration du concours.
Vous pouvez payer les frais d’entrée via Paypal (Ce n’est pas nécessaire d’avoir un compte Paypal pour payer) et éditer un reçu de paiement via notre site web:

5. Une déclaration décrivant l’objectif artistique de vos images.
6. Envoyez entre 7 et 20 images – (fichier zippé / compressé)
Les images doivent être au format JPEG 72 dpi – 1920 x 1080 pixels – RVB – marges noires si nécessaire.
Toutes les photos doivent être nommées de la façon suivante:
prénom_nom de famille_titre_n °
Exemple: Raoul_Bilderman_photo1.jpg
7.Aucune inscription ne sera prise en considération si les dossiers sont incomplets.
Aucun ne sera retourné.

You can choose between two themes :
“ passage ” with reference to the “ passages from Dani Karavan, homage to Walter Benjamin* ” – submit a sequence with max.20 images.
or
“ fiction ” the sequence request should contain a minimum of an image from the “ Belvedere Hotel ” in Cerbère (66)-France
– submit a sequence with max.20 images.
*Jewish German philosopher, Walter Benjamin, who commited suicide in Portbou while fleeing the nazis and the Vichy regime.
The winner will awarded
< an exhibition of your photographs in October as part of the “ 11ème rencontre cinématographique ” at the “ Belvedere Hotel ” in Cerbère a French village close to the Spanish border, exhibition Launch Thursday, October 1th, at 7.30 pm;
< video projection in October as part of the “ 11ème rencontres cinématographiques ” at the “ Belvedere Hotel ” in Cerbère a French village close to the Spanish border;
< for 2016, exhibition of your photographs at “ Negpos gallery ” in Nimes, France;
< rail ticket *;
< three (3) nights hotel accommodation and food;
< pass festival cinema.

The other winners
< vidéo projection of your sequence at the “ Belvedere Hotel ”, exhibition Launch Thursday, October 1th, at 7.30 pm;
< for 2016, exhibition of your photographs at “ Negpos gallery ” in Nimes, France;

< free pass for the entire film festival.
FINAL SUBMISSION DEADLINE: JULY 31st at midnight
Registration from 15.04. to 31.07.2015. Contest results 01.09.2015.
The candidacy file must include :
3. A non-refundable entrance fee of 15€ must be included with each submission to be eligable.
Galerie phot’oeil as well as the contest “I.P.C” are strictly non-profit. The galerie phot’oeil is mainly funded by donations, sponsors, entrance fees and the voluntary work of numerous helpers and benefactors. The entrance fee helps us to pay the costs of prints, frames, promotion and administration of the contest.

6. Send between 7 and 20 images – (zipped/compressed file)
The images have to be in JPEG format 72 dpi – 1920 x 1080 pixel – RVB – black margins if necessary.
All submitted pictures have to be labelled in the following manner:

7. No entry will be considered unless the submissions are complete as stated.
No files will be returned.
